ここは、JOURNAL STANDARD DINING / FLIPPER’S / BOUL’ANGE ――　3つの個性が交差し、受け継いだ価値を軸に進化し続けるブランドが集う場所。

新宿を起点に”食とカルチャー”のあたらしいスタンダードを生み出していく。日常を少し忘れ、自分らしく過ごせる時間。そして、まだ誰も知らない体験との出会い。

このビルは、新宿に暮らす人、訪れる人へ、“豊かなたのしみ” を発信し続けます。

Shinjuku is a city where diverse cultures converge. Nestled in one of its back alleys, this building quietly reflects the modern spirit of the city, with an exterior reminiscent of a Parisian apartment and the warm, historic charm of its materials. Step inside, and you’ll find unexpected encounters and an atmosphere that feels somehow nostalgic. Warmth and comfort gently envelop your everyday life. This is JOURNAL STANDARD DINING / FLIPPER’S / BOUL’ANGE — a gathering place where three distinct personalities intersect, and brands continue to evolve based on the values they have inherited. Starting from Shinjuku, we will create a new standard for “food and culture.” A time to forget the daily grind for a moment and be yourself. And an encounter with experiences no one has yet discovered. This building will continue to deliver “rich enjoyment” to those who live in and visit Shinjuku.

新しいBOUL’ANGEのかたちを、新宿から新宿店では、職人の技術と素材へのこだわりを軸に、これまでにないBOUL’ANGEをお届けします。シグニチャーであるクロワッサンは、◯・△・□といった遊び心あふれる形で展開。“見て楽しい・食べておいしい・贈って嬉しい”をキーワードに、日常の中に小さな驚きと喜びをお届けします。店内には、ガラス越しに工房を望む設計を採用。職人がパンを焼き上げる様子を間近でご覧いただける空間です。そして新宿店では、焼きたての一番おいしい瞬間を届けることを大切に。焼き上がり時間のご案内や試食など、いつ訪れても焼きたてに出会える工夫を取り入れています。

A New Vision for BOUL’ANGE, Starting in Shinjuku At our Shinjuku store, we’re introducing a whole new side of BOUL’ANGE, centered on our artisans’ craftsmanship and meticulous attention to ingredients. Our signature croissants come in playful shapes like circles, triangles, and squares.

With the motto “Fun to look at, delicious to eat, and a joy to give,” we aim to bring small surprises and moments of joy to your everyday life. The store features a design that allows customers to view the bakery through glass. It’s a space where you can watch our artisans bake bread up close.

At the Shinjuku store, we place great importance on delivering bread at the moment it’s freshest and most delicious. We’ve implemented measures such as providing baking schedules and offering samples so that you can enjoy freshly baked goods whenever you visit.
